We accept returns for any Sweetillusions.com products upon provided your items are returned within 15 days of the PURCHASE date, or 10 days from date of delivery. All items must be returned in new condition. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Returns shipping fees will be at customers expense. We'll issue you a full refund minus a $3.00 re-stocking fee per item. An additional 5% restock fee will be charged to any item returned without the orignal security tag or celophane wrapping. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below: 1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product. 2. Fill out the Return Form if you do not have the return form of it got damage you can print it here. 3. Fill out the reason for your return in the "return reason number" defined on the back of the return card. Include this form inside the box. If you have lost your Return form you can print a copy here and mail your return to: Sweet Illusions Returns Department 2907 Valley Blvd. Pomona, CA 91768-2536 Sweetillusions.com uses the United Parcel Services (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx ground shipping. Sweet Illusions use ground shipping for all products containing alcohol (including fragrance products). This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances cannot be shipped by air. Watches are not returnable if the security tag is missing or cut unless individually approved by Sweet Illusions. An additional 5% restock fee will be charged to any item returned without the orignal security tag or celophane wrapping. After the 15 days have passed, you will receive a parcial refund. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs. It takes up to 10 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
